In order to promote such new way of cooking, it was proposed an international contest, in 2013.
Every year, the contest will focus on different aspects of note by note cooking.
The first contest was probably to open. And this is why the second contest was restricted to using methional (a very "popular" flavour: potato!). The third contest will include the use of proteins.
