EUGLOH is a pilot European University led by Paris-Saclay university and co-funded by the European Union via the Erasmus+ programme.
EUGLOH is a pilot European University, which brings together 5 universities to address global health issues :
Ludwig-Maximilian University in Munich (Germany), Lund University (Sweden), University of Porto (Portugal), Szeged University (Hungary) and Paris-Saclay University.
These 5 universities share the ambition of combining their expertise and resources in Global Health to offer the best education and training to their students. Relying on the excellence of their teaching and cutting-edge research and infrastructures, they aspire to become a world-class higher education alliance.
EUGLOH will involve approximately 200,000 undergraduate and doctoral students, as well as academic and non-academic staff from the 5 universities. By 2025, 50% of alliance graduates will have benefited from mobility (physical and/or virtual) at least once during their studies.
- Training students based on European values and citizenship approach, as well as emerging research areas in relation to interdisciplinary societal challenges and cross-cutting skills related to professional needs.
- Create an integrated multicultural campus to increase student employability, mobility and adaptability to tomorrow’s challenges.
- Building the European University of the Future - innovative, interdisciplinary, inclusive and integrated into local research and innovation ecosystems. EUGLOH deploys a unifying theme encompassing many areas and important societal challenges related to global health.
