The MG news from The Dublin Institute of Technology is very good :

This academic year has been very successful for the undergraduate and postgraduate modules in Molecular Gastronomy.Retour ligne automatique
The numbers of students taking the undergraduate module doubled from approximately 16 to 32 and we timetabled a second class to accommodate the numbers. The group included Erasmus students from Wageningen University and Food Innovation and Culinary Arts students from DIT.

The optional postgraduate module in Molecular Gastronomy also had an increase in participant numbers from 9 to 15. The participants successfully produced a variety of Note by Note dishes.

Two Ph.D researchers have commenced their studies and Molecular Gastronomy will be central to their work. A new state of the art research facility opens in DIT next month and will facilitate Molecular Gastronomy research.

Our new programme, the B.Sc. (Hons) in Culinary Science, is commencing in September of this year.
