Molecular Gastronomy in Cuba

The Professor Maria Ester and her colleagues are organizing Seminars of Molecular Gastronomy.

Since the year in 2007, they prepared these workshop with the chef and bartenders, in order to improve the knowledge about culinary and bar activities. Automatic word wrap
Questions of science and technique are considered, and empiricism is questioned.
