Invited editorial : written by a member of the Editorial board or by a guest

News : short informations transmitted to the magazine on the various aspects on Molecular Gastronomy

In brief: short description of the content of the science section and of the technology section

Comment: a special technical paper without reviewing for fast publication

Science section (culinary transformations, around the plate): all these papers should be reviewed

Reviews : on a specific topic decided by the Editorial board

Communications : received and reviewed

Papers : received and reviewed, with an important Material and Methods section

Technological applications:

Tools: proposed or asked by the Editorial board; should present new culinary tools; useful for advertising

Methods : proposed or asked by the Editorial board
Ingredients : proposed or asked by the Editorial board; useful for advertising

Educational applications:
Information on new educational programmes
