September 2019 : the At-Sunrice Global Chefs Academy (Singapore) create courses on note by note cooking, in collaboration with the chef Andre Chiang

June 2019 : 7th International Contest for Note by Note Cooking, final event in Paris. Topic : cocktails and/or diracs

July 2018 : Events in Singapore, organized by the At-Sunrice Global Chefs Academy and the French Embassy

June 2018 : 6th International Contest for Note by Note Cooking, final event in Paris. Topic :

21rst February 2018 : 100% Note by Note Dinner orgnized by the starred chef Julien Binz, Restaurant Julien Binz, Ammerschwihr, Alsace
The dinner (sold to guests) followed an international press conference :

Decembre 2018 : Lecture at the Chef Meeting in Ukraine

June 2017 : 5th International Contest for Note by Note Cooking, final event in Paris. Topic :

Mai 2017 : Andrea Camastra transforms his molecular cuisine restaurant Senses, in Warsaw, Poland, into the first restaurant entirely focused on Note by Note cooking.

26 January 2011 : Note by Note dinner served by the catering company Potel&Chabot for the opening of the International Year of Chemistry.

2009 : Pierre Gagnaire introduces the first note by note dish in a menu served in his restaurant at the Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong
